Booth Application

When you apply for participation in the Hydrogen Electric Energy Exhibition 2024, only 'area' is provided as the basics.
If you need any other type of booth or specific facilities, it requires a separate option selection.

Common things provided: 1 set of information desk and chair, Pytex, 1kW of electricity, lighting (3 spotlights, fluorescent lights)

Steps for Application

Application for participation and payment


How to apply	1. Apply for participation on the homepage → Receive and sumibt an application form (contract) after confirming the acceptance of the person in charge within 3 days 2. Request and submit an application form (contract) by email or phone

Precautions	※ Please pay the deposit(50% of the booth fee) within two weeks of the submission date of the participation application. ※ There will be a cancellation fee for non-attendance without prior notice after submitting the application.
Payment of participation fee	Bank : Busan Bank Account No : 113-2006-7063-03 Account Holder : JM Company Co., Ltd. ※ Deadline to full payment : Nov 15^th, 2024 (Fri) ※ When transferring participation fee, the account name has to be same with the company name.
Participation benefits	Assignment of booth position on a participation contract first -come, first –served basis (Random assignment according to exhibition items, number of booths, and items)
