Booth Application
When you apply for participation in the Hydrogen Electric Energy Exhibition 2025, only 'space' is provided as the basics.
If you need any other type of booth or specific facilities, it requires a separate option selection. The available options are detailed below.
Provided Items : 1 set of information desk and chair, Pytex (carpet), 1kW of electricity, lighting (3 spotlights, fluorescent lights)

How to apply
1.
Apply through the website → The organizer will confirm your application within 3 days and request the submission of the application form (contract).
2.
Request and submit an application form (contract) via email (hey@jm-fair.com) or phone (070-4866-0190).

Cautions
The deposit (50% of booth fee) must be paid within 2 weeks from the date of submitting the application form.
Cancellations without prior notice to the organizing committee after submitting the application form will incur a penalty.
